Up for sale we have a 1972 Chevy Camaro Z28. This is a true Z28 and is NOT a clone. It comes with the factory build sheet to prove it. It’s a factory small block 4 Speed car that has a killer look and feel. In the paragraphs to follow we will give a brief description of the exterior, interior, and heartbeat of the Chevy, but first we would like to tell you a little about us.

Smoky Mountain Traders is a classic car dealer in east Tennessee. We are family owned, operated, and own our entire inventory, no consignments, and only deal in muscle cars and vintage auto. You can count on us to have 50 to 60 cars at all times. We don’t have a big show room that our customers would otherwise pay for. So, that’s how we can sell for less than other dealers. We will start off with the exterior of the Z 28. When you walk around it you will see a killer body with great line that has been fitted with a 2” Steel Cowl Hood along with the front and rear spoilers. Everything is covered in the Dover White Paint that is accented by the Black Stripes which is the correct colors for it. When the repaint was done they used base coat cleat coat and laid the stripes under the clear. It has a slick finish that shows very well. All the chrome appears to be new with the stainless being in very good shape. To keep it with a stock look it’s setting on a set of the factory Rallys with White Letter Tires.

Next, we will take a look at the interior of the Camaro. It’s all done in the classic black and provides an excellent complement to the exterior scheme. It looks like it would have in ’72 with the correct bucket seats and console. The seats have the comfort weave inserts. All of the door panels as well as the headliner and carpet look like new. When you look at the dash it has the factory gauges along with the tach that has the 6500 Red Line. The only thing that is not corrected is the upgraded Sanyo Radio.

Finally, we will take a look at the heartbeat of the Chevy. Under the hood it has a 350 V8 that is mated to a 4 Speed trans and a 12 Bolt Rear End. The engine is dressed with an aluminum intake with an Edelbrock Carb and chrome breather. When you look at the valve covers they appear to be the GM finned Aluminum. It has the stock manifolds with Flow Master Exhaust. This Z comes with Power Steering and Power Disc Brakes. When you look under it all the floor pans look good with good frame rails and it has the front and rear sway bars.

Again this is a TRUE Z28 with the build sheet. It is a great car to drive, enjoy, or take to shows.
