Loaded with performance and luxury upgrades, see list below. None of the upgrades affect the manufacturers reliability negatively. And all upgrades are improvements over the original parts or i would not have installed them. 

This car is rare, unique and not for everyone. Current private party Kelley Blue Book value for this car is $27,096 stock. I might be open to negotiating the price by removing some parts except for the Ohlins struts and top mounts. If you add up all the extra parts and options though you get one heck of a deal. If you are looking to finance this vehicle IT WILL appraise for an LTV of $32,000 by your lender.

I absolutely hate selling this car but i have a baby on the way and all that comes with having the new responsibility, so i have to say sayonara to my rally rocket.

Interior is 9/10

Exterior is a modest 8/10 with only very minor wear for a 6 year old car.

Absolutely no accidents.

All factory maintenance performed on time.

During my ownership I have always had the vehicle maintained by the best Subaru mechanic shop in the city, Smart Service. I have had the oil changed every 3000 miles regardless of recommendations. I also had the major 60k mile maintenance taken care of ahead of schedule at 50k miles.

This car needs nothing. Excellent performance and handling. 2.5L 4cylinder boxer engine produces 293hp and does 0-60 mph in 4.4 secs and the quarter mile in 12.8 secs (the fastest US production STi to date).

Brand new Michelin Pilot Super Sport Ultra High Performance tires = $900.00 installed, mounted and balanced (Unbelievable performance and balanced all weather handling, the best NW performance street tire IMHO).

Process West top mount intercooler = $912.00 (after a long highway drive at 70-80 mph it's completely cool to the touch, improves throttle and turbo response).

Ohlins Fixed Perch struts = $1700.00 (installed with only 3,000 miles on them last year and currently they only have a total of 6,000 miles of use, no longer produced because they cost to much to manufacture, these are the best OEM style inverted suspension option period, fully adjustable dampening settings with 25 positions from soft to hard ride).

Race Comp Yellow springs = $340.00 (lowers the car about and inch front and back, slight aggressive rake).

Whiteline Com "C" camber/caster adjusting front strut mounts = $220.00 (They provide up to 5 degrees of positive caster and -3.5 degrees of camber without losing ride quality).

Perrin Rear Sway Bar Adjustable 22mm w/ Stout Mounts = $280.00
