Ferrari was in need of a replacement for its front engine 2+2 line and unveiled the 456 GT at the Paris Salon Show in 1992. The stunning Pininfarina lines made a great impression on the public and production began in 1993 with an enormous amount of orders taken for the new car. In keeping with the tradition Ferrari began in 1966 with the 250GT 2+2, the new 456 Gran Turismo carried a breathtaking 5.5 litre V12 engine in the front and gearbox in the rear to keep with exceptional weight distribution and handling. For model year 1998 Ferrari revamped the line and introduced the 456M; M for Modification. The interior was completely redesigned giving passengers a far superior layout and space. Subtle front nose treatments were also given to the new M model for a more modern look. The Ferrari 456 continued on to model year 2003 and was the fastest production 2+2 of its time with a top speed of 188 miles per hour and a 0-60 time of 5.2 seconds.

This stunning 456M was invoiced to Ferrari North America and was shipped to Shelton Sports Cars of Fort Lauderdale Florida where it sold to its first owner on October 17, 2000 in the amount of $230,817. This 456M moved North Carolina with its first owner for the first 4 years until moving to Texas with the second owner. The car moved to Florida then Georgia with its third owner in 2007 until European Motor Studio brought the car to AZ. This 456M has a stunning paint finish which looks almost showroom condition aside from a few tiny stone chips in the front nose. The paint finish has a beautiful deep luster and completely free from any fade or damage. The body is completely straight and rust free, free from any dings or dents. The factory 5 spoke 456 wheels were chromed and look excellent, the front two wheels are starting to show just a slight bit of pitting but still has a beautiful shine and finish. All of the original Ferrari glass is intact and in perfect condition. The interior of the this 456 is in stunning condition, the leather is still very soft and supple and shows almost no wear or creasing. The original carpets and floor mats are in excellent condition and in excellent condition. The leather dashboard is all original and still in beautiful condition free from any lifting or wrinkling. All of the original plastic components are free from the typical crinkling and sticky finish. The beautiful leather headliner is in exceptional unstained or unmarked condition and still soft to the touch. All of the electrical components appear to be in working condition, all of the lights, headlights, taillights, side marker lights, turn signals, reverse lights, interior lights, dash lights and trunk light are all working. The AC is ice cold and working on all fan speeds along with the heater. The original Ferrari radio is intact and working as well as the original Ferrari keyless entry remote. The 6 disc CD changer is the original unit and apears to be working. All power windows, locks, mirrors, remote trunk release and seats with memory are all functioning. Currently there are no warning lights on the dashboard. The car had its 30K major service done in June of 2012 at Ferrari Technologies in Orange County. All of the belts, seals, gaskets, filters, fluids, cam belt and pulleys, o-rings and cam cover gaskets were replaced as well as a brand new radiator and coolant hoses. A brand new ABS pump and ABS pump computer module was just replaced at Ferrari of Scottsdale one week ago. The car is in exceptional running condition. It starts right up and does not smoke, it idles smoothly and accelerates beautifully. The transmission goes into gear without any hesitation and gear changes are smooth and free from any hesitation. The brakes are free from any fade or squeaking, and have about 60% brake life left. The suspension is still soft but firm and free from any squeaks or creaking. The car performs like a Ferrari should, it has seen the highest level of maintenance from only certified Ferrari technicians and has a complete service file from brand new. This 456 has the factory shields which are a beautiful touch. The original tool kit is untouched and still in its beautiful leather case as well as the tire repair kit and all of the original books and manuals in the leather binder. A copy of the original window sticker is present as well as the original pre delivery inspection report from Ferrari. This Ferrari comes with a completely clean and clear title and carfax with a Box A title.
