The sucessful high bidder must submit a immediate  $500.00 non refundable deposit  to secure the vehicle.

PAYMENT:

Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance(plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 business day of the close of auction unless prior arrangements have been made.All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of vehicle

All payments must be paid by Certified bank check, cashiers check,cash in person, bank wire transfer or bank/loan draft.We accept credit card for deposit only.

There is a $345.00 processing fee with every purchase.

ADDITIONAL FEES AND TAXES:

 Out os state buyers are responsible for all state,county,city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

 Florida residents pay 6% sales tax on the final sale price of the vehicle.If you come to Florida to pick up your vehicle you must pay your state sales tax,you will receive

copy of all documents.

Shipping:

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company .

We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered and funds must be clear in our bank.

TERMS OF SALE

We reserve the right to end this lsiting  at anytime should the vehicle will be no longer available for sale.
