• Winning bidder must contact seller within 24hours by phone (216-676-5400) to complete transaction
• Winning bidder must respond within 24 hours of auction close with $2500 credit card deposit to continue transaction. Buyer then has 5 (five) days to complete his/her due diligence and complete the transaction with balance of funds. If the deal is not consumated within 6 (six) days from auction end the vehicle will be available to other buyers.
• All sales are subject to a $250 documentation fee and a drive away fee.
• Taxes and registration are based on where you register the car.
• Buyer is resposible for all shipping costs. We can arrange shipping.
• Airport Acura | Airport Infiniti make every attempt to deliver our vehicles to our clients with two keys /fobs booklets, NAV discs, tool kits, DVD remotes etc etc....however from time to time a vehicle maybe missing one or more of these items and we cannot guarantee that they will be included in the vehicle at the time of sale. In this case we are more than happy to provide access to purchasing these items at our discounted dealer price. Please always verify exact accesories for your vehicle and do not assume or presume their presence or absence. We will be more than happy to to confirm for you.
• Vehicles in the auction are pre owned vehicles are sold in As Is condition unless otherwise noted.
• For Canadian Buyers, or buyers who need the title released with the car all funds must have cleared prior to delivery. Wire transfer is the quickest way to accomplish this, but if paying by certified funds please keep in mind we must have confirmation of funds clearing prior to release of the title.
• Airport Acura | Airport Infiniti reserves the right to cancel any contract until full payment is received.
• Please keep in mind we are also a large retail store operation, with constant daily traffic. Our vehicles are for sale on the lot as well as our other websites.
