The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.

Terms & Conditions of Sale

VCB INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS (Seller) sales are to be held in accordance with the provisions of the State of California laws and the following special terms and conditions:

ELIGIBILITY OF BIDDERS:

High Bidders must be at least 18 years of age. Bidders expressly represent that he or she read and agreed with the Terms & Conditions of Sale posted here. This sale is open to the public. Bidders must register with eBay in order to bid. HIGH BIDDERS May be required to acknowledge the sale and post a PayPal deposit immediately after declaring the sale of an item. If this is required and not accomplished, the item will be re-offered.

THE SELLER HAS THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY BID.

DEPOSIT

The winning bidder is required to submit a $ 350.00 non-refundable deposit immediately following the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.

PAYMENT:

Payment is required as prescribed in the special terms and conditions available for each sale. In Person Cash payments shall be in U.S. currency. Other acceptable forms of payment may include credit card (thru PayPal only), cashier's check, credit union cashier's check issued by a Federal or State chartered credit union, traveler's check, postal or commercial money order, and properly endorsed Federal, State, or local government checks. A personal or company check will only be accepted when accompanied by a bank letter guaranteeing payment. This letter must state that the bank will
guarantee the check for a specific amount for a period of 30 days after the
sale date, and that it covers the purchase of VCB INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS property only.

DEFAULT:

You are cautioned to bid only on those items you are prepared to pay for and remove in accordance with the terms and conditions of the sale. All Items awarded to you as the high bidder are contractually yours and must be paid for and removed within the time period specified under the special terms and conditions for each sale. Failure to do so could result in termination of the contract and the bidder may also be subject to paying liquidated damages as stated bellow: "The purchaser agrees that in the event he fails to pay for the property or remove the same within the prescribed period of time, the Seller at its election and upon notice of default shall be entitled to retain (or collect) as liquidated damages a sum equal to the greater of (a) 20% of the total purchase price of the item(s) as to which the default has occurred or (b) $200.00 or the purchase price of such item(s) if the purchase price is less than $200.00."

ORAL STATEMENTS AND MODIFICATIONS:

Any oral statement or representation by any representative of the Seller, changing or supplementing the offering or contract or any condition thereof, is unauthorized and shall confer no right upon the bidder or purchaser.

WITHDRAWAL OF PROPERTY:

The Seller reserves the right to make withdrawals for property offered for sale at any time prior to removal. REQUIREMENTS TO COMPLY WITH APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS: It is the Bidder's responsibility to ascertain and comply with all applicable Federal, State, local, and multi-jurisdictional laws, ordinances, and regulations pertaining to the registration, licensing, handling,
possession, transportation, transfer, export, processing, manufacture, sale, use or disposal of the property listed in the invitation. Purchasers or users of this property are not excused from any of such laws or regulations. Judicial Venue: By entering active bidding for this vehicle, bidder expressly and unconditionally agrees and accepts the following regarding judicial venue:

In Re Sale of this or any motor vehicle between VCB INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS (Seller) and successful bidder (Buyer), parties expressly agree that the sale is commenced and executed in The State of California County of Los Angeles and furthermore the Parties agree that The Courts of The State of California, County of Los Angeles has EXCLUSIVE and ABSOLUTE Jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise between parties related to this above mentioned Sale.

Fee and Tax Information:

California residents pay California Sales tax, transfer fee. Applicable to sales in California. Out of State buyers: California sales tax is due if the
buyer takes delivery of the vehicle in California. Therefore, if the buyer drives the car off the lot we are required to collect Use Tax. Contact California Board of Equalization at 800-400-7115 for information. If buyer transports the car out of California with commercial carrier and provides a bill of lading, no California Tax is due. Documentation fee as allowed by the California Vehicle
Code ($55.00) will be added to all sales.

Shipping Information

We are more then happy to make all of the shipping arrangements worldwide for your vehicle. We deal with many independent shipping companies that are licensed, bonded, and fully insured, so that we are able to pass on the lowest rate possible to you, the customer.

TITLING OF VEHICLE

Title transfer and receipt of title can take up to 30 days from the date of final payment.
