This AMG SL65 Black is in truly excellent condition, and it runs and drives like a new car - that is, AMAZING. With just 9130 miles on it, its barely even broken in.
Performance is fantastic, with the 6.0 liter Twin-turbo V12 pushing our 661 hp and 738 lb-ft of torque. Its mated to a refined 5 speed "speedshift plus" transmission, and upgraded AMG composite ceramic brakes and a fully adjustable sport suspension help keep all of that power under control.
This Black Series coupe is 550 lbs lighter than the AMG65 roadster, thanks to deletion of the power top's hardware and liberal use of lighter materials in the construction of the car.The roof, front fenders, hood, trunk lid and front and rear aprons are all made of carbon fiber. Weight-optimized AMG wheels, engine-cooling side vents and a retractable spoiler all help give this car an edge over the "base" AMG65. Make no mistake about it, this IS a driver's car, but is also refined. It is just as smooth and solid as you would expect from a Mercedes-Benz.
Being a Mercedes-Benz, this car comes loaded from the factory with all of the lusxury, technology and performance equipment you would expect. The seats are "all business" carbon fiber racing seats trimmed in Nappa Leather. The interior is beautifully trimmed in leather, Carbon Fiber and Alcantara. Of course, there is a GPS navigation system, premium audio system, dual-zone climate control, Homelink, and all the rest that that you'd expect in this class of vehicle.
