John's Great Cars is pleased to offer this cool and incredibly rare 1969 Buick Skylark Custom Convertible. I bought this car privately from the previous owner and it comes to you with new paint, new carpets, a freshly upholstered front seat, new rear tires and fresh PA state inspections. This car is a joy to drive with the original 350 under the hood, factory power steering and a power convertible top that works perfectly. My body shop and I were incredibly pleased and surprised to see just how solid this car is when we had the paint sanded down with no rust in the body panels. This Skylark is truly ready for you to drive and enjoy and while it is not a show car or museum piece it is sure to turn heads at your local cruise night. The driver's door panel could use to be replaced but like most older cars I had to stop somewhere and figured you would like a few things to work one once you take ownership of the vehicle. This Buick is a rare find and is ready to deliver a ton of fun during this year's beautiful weather. Now, if it would only stop snowing. All vehicle sales are subject to our $100.- document fee. Pennsylvania residents are required to pay 6% PA sales tax on all purchases as well as the required registration and licensing fees. PA residents who reside in Philadelphia or Allegheny Counties are required to pay 8% sales tax on vehicle purchases as required by PA law. Out of state buyers may register the vehicle in their home state and will pay vehicle sales tax and registration fees at that time.

We offer a full range of financing solutions for our customers. Please apply on-line for the fastest loan decisions.

All buyers regardless of paying in cash or financing with one of our lenders will be required to produce a valid state issued photo ID and motor vehicle insurance card.

We provide free shuttle service from Philadelphia, Harrisburg and Lehigh Valley airports. Please contact us to arrange transportation services.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. We can help to arrange shipping at reasonable costs but all contracts regarding shipping will be made between the buyer and the shipping company.

Our pre-owned vehicles are offered with a complimentary 3 month/5,000 mile service contract that is valid anywhere in the continental United States. Extended service contracts are available for purchase and our sales and financing team will be happy to discuss all available options.

Pre-owned vehicles will have some normal cosmetic blemishes. We will describe all vehicles as accurately as possible but buyer should expect minor scratches, dings, chips, etc. These normal items will under no circumstances be grounds for a cancellation of sale.

All deposits on vehicles are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the vehicle has been misrepresented or fails a professional on-site inspection. Deposits on vehicles not purchased are applied to the expense of title reproduction, paperwork costs and vehicle re-listing fees.

It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceeding shall be Berks County Pennsylvania.

Miles posted in the listing may vary slightly due to local test-drives, in-transit repairs and road testing.

We accept Pay-Pal only for deposits. Balance must be paid in the form of cash, cashier's check, money order or bank financing.
