Transmission choices are also first-rate, with a choice of a six-speed manual, six-speed automatic or a sophisticated seven-speed dual-clutch automated manual.

Notable Standard Equipment

This 128i comes equipped with 18-inch wheels, M Sport package, automatic headlights, foglights, rain-sensing wipers, cruise control, eight-way manual front seats, a tilt-and-telescoping steering wheel, premium vinyl upholstery, dual-zone automatic climate control and a 10-speaker sound system with a CD player, HD radio, a USB/iPod interface and an auxiliary audio jack

The rear-wheel-drive BMW 1 Series is equipped with a  3.0-liter inline-6 engines. The naturally aspirated 128i produces 230 horsepower and 200 pound-feet of torque.  A six-speed automatic transmission is optional. In performance testing the 128i coupe sprinted from zero to 60 mph in 5.9 seconds. EPA-estimated fuel economy for the 128i coupe is 18 mpg city/28 mpg highway and 22 mpg combined regardless of transmission.

This 128I is also equiped with a sportier exhaust for better performance and sound.

Safety

Antilock disc brakes (with brake drying and standby feature), traction and stability control and hill-start assist for manual-equipped cars are all standard on the 2013 BMW 1 Series. Front-seat side airbags and full-length side curtain airbags are standard on the coupe; convertibles come equipped with front-seat side airbags that extend higher to protect occupants' heads

Prior damage

Regarding the history of this car We bought it from an Insurance Company. Pictures of the actual  damage are posted below. All repairs were done by a professional auto body specialized in BMW and Mercedes. Only OEM BMW parts were used to repair this 3 series. We personally test drive all of out cars for at least 500 miles to make sure everything is in working condition and that we will deliver a vehicle that is road ready and in need of nothing.

This BMW comes with a California salvage certificate. All safety inspection have been passed and it now ready to be registered.

 For buyers out side California

  Please note that We can also obtain a rebuilt title for this vehicle upon buyer's request. Registration process for a vehicle with a rebuilt title is identical to the one with a clean title.  Nothing extra is required to register a vehicle with a rebuilt title . NO inspections are required with a rebuilt title. Cost for getting a rebuilt title is $200. This process will take up to 14 days and will be started only after full payment has been made

WHAT DOES REBUILT OR SALVAGE TITLE MEANS

Many people are not familiar with the Salvage or Rebuilt title, below is a brief explanation of the "Salvage verses Rebuilt Title" terminology:

Salvage title basically means that the insurance company decided not to fix the car and paid off the owner. By declaring a car "Total Loss”, Insurance Company is taking themselves out of any liability issues in the future. Does that means the car is totaled, not always. 

Sometimes the car has minor damage but the parts are very expensive. Sometimes the owner does not want to get the vehicle repaired and depending on the Insurance Company and the year of the car, Insurance will pay off the owner. 

If the car gets stolen then Insurance has thirty days to recover the vehicle, if the car is not recovered in thirty days, Insurance pays off the owner and once the car is recovered, it is brought to the auction as a Total Loss vehicle even if it did not have any damage on it.  

Now for Rebuilt title, once the repairs are completed, car is inspected by state for all repairs and a Rebuilt Title is issued, which means that the new owner will not have to get any inspection done to get the car back on the road. 

With rebuilt title, buyer can simply walk into the DMV and get the car registered without any repair documents or inspection work.

Financing

If you are planning to finance this vehicle through a lending institution, you must secure the loan prior to bidding.  Secure all finances and be able to follow through with the payment before you bid.
