Berkshire Land Rover has developed a reputation for building one of a kind Bespoke Land Rovers built to customer spec. By combining their expertise for the brand with skilled labor,  the dealership turns out an amazing custom product that is truly unique, tastefully upgraded, containing high quality throughout. 

This 1983 Land Rover Defender 110 is a full frame off, ground up restoration  that combines a plethora of modern parts and appealing cosmetic upgrades. These are very rare in the US and we've never seen one done to this level. 

In response to a known Defender chassis rust issue, this 110 is now fitted with a rock solid galvanized chassis that will never suffer from rust. In addition to that, the entire body was stripped down to bare metal and completely refinished. The exterior is now appointed with a stylish KBX grill, light surrounds, new styled air intake and new side vents. The Defender is equipped with a internal and external roll cage and stainless screws attach the doors. 

Mechanically, the Defender is as-new from top to bottom and is now powered by a 2.4 liter Turbo Diesel engine equipped with 6-Speed manual transmission. The motor uses a full stainless steel exhaust, upgraded intercooler, performance chip, and performance air filter. The axles and both differentials have all been restored and refinished, and the entire braking system is brand new from front to rear, as are the shock absorbers and springs.

Cosmetic upgrades include a full leather interior with all new appointments throughout. Prior to installation, the interior was fitted with acoustic matting to the floor panel and wheel arches and then new carpet matting on top of that. The seats are finished in new leather and the dash top and door cards are detailed with Alcantara Suede. The Defender is now equipped with the a central locking system, as well as brand new and upgraded air conditioning.
