ELDERLY OWNED SPORT COUPE 3 FAST DAYS WITH NO  RESERVE GETS THIS ONE !  THIS IS A  VERY NICE VEHICLE AND IT IS JUST AS CLEAN AS  A WHISTLE INSIDE AND OUT .. THE CAR DRIVES SUPER SMOOTH AND THE VEHICLE IS A NON  SMOKER , AND VERY WELL CARED FOR VEHICLE .. ALL THE WINDOW SWITCHES  ARE IN TACK , CUP HOLDER WORKS PERFECT AND IS NOT MANGELED UP , FLOOR MATS ARE  NICE AND CLEAN , TWO SETS OF KEYS AND REMOTES , KEYLESS DOOR ENTRY AND FULL  POWER .. NICE HEAD LINER AND SO ON .. THIS IS A REAL NICE ONE FOLKS .. PAINT IS  SUPER CLEAN .. WORKING REAR NEON  TAIL LIGHT !!  I ONLY SAW ONE  SMALL SCUFF ON PASSENGER SIDE DOOR .. VERY MINOR ..   When you place a bid   on a vehicle, you are entering into a legal   and binding contract to purchase the   vehicle. You have already decided on the   price you would like to pay for this  vehicle  based on the description, autocheck  link and  pictures listed above. This  arrangement is  outlined in the eBay User  Agreement.
  1. We reserves   the right to obtain and verify the   registered information of all bidders   participating in this auction. We also   reserves the right to cancel any and  all  bids at our discretion, or end the   auction early if necessary.  Furthermore,  We shall not be liable for  any such  cancellation for any reason.
  2. Bidder with   only negative feedback or bid   retractions need not bother to bid on   our vehicles. These bids will be   automatically rejected.
  3. Bidder must   be 18 years or older.
  4. At end of   auction high bidder should contact   seller within   24 HOURS TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR  PAYMENT  AND PICK UP OR SHIPPINGand  complete the  transaction within 5   days   of auctions end. These are the only   terms for this auction as far as   completing this item. In other words at   the end of FIVE days the item must be   paid for. We  will add a $169.00   dealer prep charge to the final bid   price. This is to cover the cost of   vehicle cleaning, phone calls, Fed-Exing,USPS   of packages airport pick ups, up to 30   day storage and other document handling   costs.
  5. You are   welcome to come and pick the vehicle up   as along as it is within the  5 days   not 6. The vehicle can be stored for  up  to 30 days for personal pick up or   transporter.
  6. If   transaction is not completed within  this  time, the SELLER CAN APPLY FOR NON  PAYING  BIDDER  and item can be relisted  or sold  to next highest bidder. 
  7. We have  tried  to disclose all information known  about  this vehicle for auction. Please  be  advised that used vehicles will  have  typical scratches and dings  inherent. I   WOULD LIKE TO MENTION WHEN BUYING A  USED  CAR YOU CAN EXPECT SOME WEAR AND  TEAR. A  USED CAR THAT IS ONLY THREE  YEARS OLD  WOULD SHOW MUCH LESS WEAR AND  TEAR THAN  ONE THAT WOULD BE 10 YEARS  OLD ECT, ECT. 
  8. We welcome a buyers   inspection. If you plan to have a  buyers  inspection, please make sure you  inspect  the vehicle prior to the  auction ending.  Buyer is responsible  for any inspection  charges and fees.
  9. Manufacturers  warranties may still  apply. Extended  warranty may be  available. 
  10. Out of state   buyers are responsible for all state,   county, city taxes and fees, as well as   title service fees in the state that  the  vehicle will be registered. All  taxes  and fees must be paid in full in  order  for vehicle to be titled and  registered.  Florida residents are  subject to  applicable tax for their  area. 
  11. Acceptable   methods of payment are CASH  IN PERSON, CASHIERS  CHECKS, WIRE TRANSFERS OR MONEY  ORDERS.   PERSONAL CHECKS ARE ACCEPTABLE BUT MAY   TAKE 5 TO 7 DAYS TO CLEAR   before car can be picked up and title   can be sent out. WE DO NOT ACCEPT  CREDIT  CARDS, PAY PAL OR BANK DRAFTS AT  THIS  TIME. 
  12. Clean reassigned title on all   vehicles unless other wise specified
