Bidder
As the winning bidder, you and Motorphilia are
entering into a legally binding contact.

Bidder" their deposit is not received within 24
hours and/or if balance of their purchase is not paid in full within 7
business days following the close of auction. Certain exceptions can

bid. If a person is a "Non-Paying" bidder, we reserve the right to
re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or
another qualified buyer.
