Payments:  A depost of $500.00 via Paypal must be made within 24 hours of auction end with a copy of a state issued driver's license and insurance card.  "Buy it Now" bidders are required to make a $500.00 deposit immediately through Paypal.  The remaining balance is due within 5 business days of auction close.  We will hold all titles for 10 business days or until funds have cleared. 

Taxes and Fees:  "Buyer" is responsible for remitting the proper taxes, fees, and documents to title and register vehicle in their state.  All taxes and fees must be paid in full for the vehicle to be titled and registered.  Please call us for any assistance with this transaction.

Title Information:  Vehicle titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans.  Please contact us with finance information if applicable.

Finalizing Your Purchase:  Winning bidder MUST communicate with us via email or phone within 24 hours of end of auction.  If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or if the sale is not completed within 7 days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to another qualified buyer and the deposit will be forfeited.

Shipping and Delivery:  All shipping charges are the "Buyer's" responsibility.  We can assist with shipping arrangements through Central Dispatch but will not be responsible any way for claims arising from shipping damage.  Licensed "Carriers" are generally insured for $1,000,000.00.  Please choose wisely when finalizing arrangements.  Once your vehicle leaves our lot, we are not responsible for claims or communication.
