This vehicle was acquired at GM auction from the Volt Owner Satisfaction Program.  This vehicle was repurchased from the original owner by GM.  There is not and was not any known issue or defect with this car.  The repurchase was totally voluntary and available to Volt owners that were concerned about battery fire issues.  This car has been retrofitted to new standards.  Each state will handle a manufacturer buyback differently.  In the State of Michigan this vehicle has a clean title.  Some states will give it a branded title.  Note:  Manufacturer buyback vehicles cannot be wholesaled.  No calls from dealers please. Manufacturer buyback vehicles can not be sold outside of the US.  No calls or bids from outside the United States please.

This car may be be driven as a demo vehicle by our dealership.  Miles may be slightly different than the stated mileage.

All of the remaining factory bumper-to-bumper and powertrain warranties are intact and transferable to the purchaser.

DEPOSIT: Once the auction ends the vehicle will remain for sale on our lot and may be advertised through eBay and other avenues until we receive a $500 deposit.  Please contact me and we can make arrangements to submit a deposit via credit card.  If no contact is made by the winning bidder we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell it to the next highest bidder.

PAYMENT:  Within 5 days of auction end the winning bidder must have financing in place or pay the remaining balance on the vehicle plus all applicable taxes & fees.  Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles more than 10 years old or with more than 100K miles. If financing, make sure that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding.

SHIPPING:  Funds must be in-house and cleared with our bank before we can allow a vehicle to leave the premises.  Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`or I will provide you with a shipping quote.
