Just to highlight, this STS features AWD, 3.6L V6 VVT Direct Injection motor, DVD Navigation with touchscreen, HID headlights, full power options including dual power front seats with dual lumbar support, leather interior, heated front and rear seats, cooled front seats, heated steering wheel, Bose sound system, in dash cd changer/satellite radio ready audio system, rear parking sensors, OnStar, power sunroof, power tilt and telescoping steering wheel, wood interior trim including wood steering wheel and shift knob, 17" polished alloy wheels and the list goes on.

The body is in all around great condition.

The interior is in equally all around great condition, everything works as it should and it is clean.

Mechanically this Cadillac is in great condition with nothing negative to report. Just push the button, drive and enjoy.

What you can not see in the photos is that this STS was previously involved in an accident. The front bumper cover, grille, left headlight, radiator, condenser and left side mirror were replaced and the left front fender and hood were repaired. There was no damage to the engine and the airbags did not deploy. It has been professionally repaired by our facility, inspected and titled in PA and comes with a PA Reconstructed Title.

Payment Methods

Cash (In Person), certified bank check, bank transfer, or loan check. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Call us for more information.

Deposit

The successful high bidder will submit a $500 deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Deposits can be made either by credit card over the phone or through Paypal.

Payment of Balance Due

The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Additional Fees and Taxes

A document & processing fee will be applied to all vehicles sold. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

Shipping

We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

Negative Feedback Bidders

We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating must email us or call us prior to bidding. If we do not have contact with you within 24 hours of your bid it will be cancelled.

Successful Bidder

The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact Feretti Motors Inc-Wholesale and Rebuildables within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.

Non-Paying Bidder

If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 3 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
