We are offering for sale a few select vehicles from the private collection of the late Ian Neal Smith, aka Ebenzz Motors.  Ian had a deep love for automobiles, especially the British and German variety, the rarer the better.     Over the years he had developed quite a following on Ebay as well as here in the states and in the Bahamas.  For those of you who did not have the pleasure of his acquaintance, Ian was born in Ireland, moved to the Bahamas as a young man where he learned his trade as a Mercedes mechanic from his father.  He later moved to South Florida and concentrated his efforts on buying, selling, and restoring fine automobiles.  He will be missed but his legend lives on.

Like I said, the rarer the better when it came to vehicles and while he did concentrate on British and German models, he also knew how well the Toyotas were built and  would always  seek out the rare and unusual.  One of his favorite activities was to cover the odometer and put someone behind the wheel, let them drive around the block a few times, then try and guess how many kilometers it had.  No one ever came close.  Most comments were how quickly it started, how well it ran, how tight it felt, and how smooth the ride was. 

Ian just added and brand new set of radials, did a complete service, and was in the process of adding the rear fender flares,  new roof rack cross pieces, and a new set of vent visors.  There are also sheepskins for the front seats.  All these will come with the vehicle.

It has a very solid body and frame with the exception of a few small rust areas and a dent in the left front fender (see photos).  The interior shows very well and is in well above average condition.  As stated above, mechanically it is in tip top shape and can be driven anywhere.

Each vehicle is expertly detailed for delivery, and the fuel tank(s) are filled up and ready to go.

We do not charge Dealer Fees of any kind.  State taxes and vehicle pickup or shipping are the Buyer’s responsibility.  If you drive your new vehicle away from our premises, then payment of Sales Tax to us is required in order for us to issue a temporary tag.  However, if your new vehicle is shipped to you, taxes can either be paid to us or in your home state.  Shipping company choice is up to the Buyer, and should you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate.  You can locate shippers by doing an internet search for auto shippers; EBay also has a shipping company available.  We have had mostly good luck with them, but recommend you check out any shipping company you are considering before the transaction starts.

If you get any offers to buy one of our vehicles, make sure the offer came through EBay and give us a call before sending any money so we all stay safely away from any scams.  Please report any scamsEBay at once.

Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of Auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time.  A $500.00 PayPal Deposit is due within 24 hours of end of Auction.
