Deposit and Payment:

Winning bidder or buyer needs to contact Brooke Gordon within 24 hours of the end of the auction. Payment will be arranged at that time. A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 will be due within 24 hours. The buyer agrees to pay the reminder of the balance due, plus fees and taxes, within 7 days after auction close. Before delivery or pickup of this vehicle can take place, all payments must be received and cleared.

If no contact is made within 24 hours of the close of this auction, we reserve the right to relist, sell to the next highest bidder, or sell the vehicle locally.
