Total MSRP at the time was $92,285 (incredible). A heavily optioned Boxster S in 2002 normally had an MSRP of approx. $65,000 (I should know because I own one).

I have not viewed or photographed this unique Boxster S. I am relying on the pictures and details provided to me by the seller. I can tell based on numerous conversations with the owner that this car is in excellent condition with very low miles.

There are some cosmetic issues - see full disclosure below:

Exterior: issues were present when the current owner purchased the car and it still met Porsche's CPO criteria. The car had 5+ door dings (all but two have been repaired). There is a small dent on the left rear bumper. The auto dimming mirror has a haze on it. The front spoiler has some rock chips as does the hood. The rear plastic window has some discoloration. There are a few minor scratches in the paint that will probably buff out the next time it gets a wax. The car isn't perfect but draws a crowd at local PCA events and local car shows.

Interior: the interior is as new with the exception of minor driver's seat bolster wear and two hairline cracks on the top wheel maple.

Mechanicals: the car has been reliable with anything requiring repair being done by the local Porsche dealer. Owner has I all maintenance and repair records during the time that he has owned the car. The local Porsche dealer is willing to discuss it with any potential buyer.

The owner invites and encourages any interested party to inspect this Porsche in Waxahachie, Texas (30 minutes south of Dallas) and determine for yourself that this car is truly in excellent condition. Seeing is really believing.

Take advantage of proxy bidding: Don't loose the vehicle at the last minute! There have been many people who have lost bids in the past because they were not familiar with proxy bidding. When you bid, bid the maximum amount that you are willing to spend on the vehicle.
