Deposit: Deposit of $500 must be paid within 24 hours of auction close.  This is a NON refundable deposit.  Of course as you follow through with the transaction it is applied to the vehicle. Payment: Items will not be available for pickup or shipping until full payment is received and cleared by our local bank. Buyer has 3 days to pay.  Please do not bid if you cannot pay in full within 3 days of the auction close.  Warranty: Equipment is covered by manufacturers warranty only.  Financing: We offer no financing.  Most banks will not finance vehicles older than 2000 and with more than 100,000 miles. Please make sure all of your financing is in order PRIOR to bidding.  Non paying bidders will be reported to ebay.  Our entire goal is your complete satisfaction.  We are happy to assist in any way that we can, however there is no need to waste my time or yours on a transaction that you don't ever plan on completing.  Please remember that while we do our best to describe each vehicle as accurately as possible it is important that you understand that these are used vehicles and common wear and tear is to be expected.  We are not responsible for extra keys, manuals, navigational discs, etc.  Availability: We reserve the right to remove this listing due to on-site sales.  Remember that we typically have all the titles already in house, however NO title can be released until all funds have been cleared.
