2003 Black VW Beetle Convertible 

        Just traded on a BMW is this very clean two owner smoke-free VW convertible all black with toasty warm heated seats. 

      As shown in the many photos the black paint and body on this Beetle are still in very nice clean condition. There are a few minor scuffs as pointed out in the photos they are very minor indeed and all the reports on the car are squeaky clean. I do my best to point out anything so there are no surprises when the vehicle arrives to the new owner. 

             Beautiful black power convertible top as well as the black boot that covers it when it is in the down position. The previous owner told me that every time the roof was down she put that cover on to protect it from the elements. She also told me that she purchased this Beetle from her boss who was the original owner back in 2003. He purchased this Beetle brand new and it was always serviced at the coal VW dealer in Beverly, Massachusetts. 

          The black interior is smoke-free and in like new condition. As mentioned, it also has many options including the toasty warm heated front seats as well as cruise control, a wonderful sounding factory stereo, along with the optional 6 disc CD changer int he center console as pointed out. 

               This car has the ultra reliable 2.0 liter 4 cylinder gas engine these are really good on cheapo regular gasoline and if the timing belt ever breaks they are a non-interference engine so the only thing that happens is it poops out and you roll to the side of the road. She told me the timing belt had been changed by the VW dealer in Amesbury, Massachusetts at about 74,000 miles I would say it is good to go for many more years. 

        This car has the automatic transmission so anyone can drive it as well as front wheel drive so you are ready for those slippery road conditions. The automatic transmission in this car will be serviced before I ship it to the new owner. 

              If you are in the market for a very nice looking well cared for Beetle convertible at a reasonable price this may be the one for you.

       I take many many pictures and do my best to point out any flaws I find. I might miss something but I really do try to show it all.. These are used cars that have been used by a previous owner.. If you want a brand new car than there is a place for that as well..

     I have all titles in hand and they are clean and free of any previous liens as pointed out on those lame car reports.

        When you look at any vehicle, please use some basic common sense and think it over.. Do you really want the car ? Is it only about the cheapest one you can find ? Ebay bottom feeders are all over the place.. Do you really want a good car well represented or are you just trolling the bottom interested in price only ?? Or do you want a good car for a good deal that is fair to both partys.

Remember that most of my cars are first checked over by a certified mechanic.. Delivery takes place in Newbury, Massachusetts unless shipped. All Massachusetts laws apply to purchase and sale.. Some cars still have the original factory warranty remaining.. Ask in advance if you are unsure.. We have most of the cars safety checked before sale.

   We purchase most of the cars we sell from just a few giant new car dealers who sell off all of the used car trades the take in with over 40,000 miles. 
   We are happy to show the cars in person for a look and test drive at an easy and agreed location... Remember that I am a one man operation and all showings are by appointment ONLY.
    Most cars have gone through a safety check along with fresh oil and filter change so you are ready to drive home.
    For the people who would like to pickup their new vehicles in person, I am happy to meet you at the train or bus at South Station in Boston or Logan airport (BOS) also in Boston. Before you arrange any travel plans you will need to TALK to me on the telephone... I am a one man operation and also need a life away from work with my family.. I need at least 5 days advance notice for most Boston pickups. There is no charge for this service... If you arrive in the late evening please ask of a good hotel with free airport pickup and I can fetch you in the morning so you are rested for your trip back home..

  I do my best to show all of the keys and clickers that come with the vehicle.. Check the pictures.. This also includes owners books and manuals.. If there are mats with the car I try to photograph them as well.. 

   I do drive most of the cars around a bit to be sure any of the bugs are worked out before you get them.. There may be a few hundred more miles than in the listing for this reason..
