JLBAUTOS strives to bring you quality cars but all units are sold "AS IS" however many of our vehicles may still be under a factory warranty, please check with your manufacturer.

 

Buyer pays all applicable sales taxes and tag/title fees including a $250 documentation fee

 

Florida buyers will pay Florida state tax on the vehicle where out of state buyers having the car shipped and delivered out of Florida will be responsible for taxes in their home state.

 

Shipping is the buyers responsibility but we will work with your shipper on picking up the vehicle.

 

Deposits are non refundable.

 

Actual miles of vehicles may be slightly higher than advertised due to test drives

 

We accept PayPal for deposits only.  Balance must be paid for in the form of cash, cashiers check, money order, wire transfers, or bank financing. Allow 7 days for funds to clear. (we do not offer financing at the moment please have funds available)

 

EBAY Buyers, bidding constitutes a contractual obligation. If you are the winning bidder and decide to cancel for whatever reason a $300 fee will be charged to cancel your transaction.

 

Credit Card payments over $2000 are subjected to a 3% service fee on the remainder of payment.
