This car even retains its numbers matching 400ci Big Block V8!!! This car comes with a host of great factory options including a 4bbl 400ci V8 with dual exhaust, TH-400 Transmission, Rally wheels, Rally gauges and even AIR CONDITIONING!!! Exterior: This beautiful factory Denver Gold paint finish looks great and is complemented by a beautiful set of Rally wheels and Ram Air hood. The car was painted several years ago and was done very nicely on a rust free body. The paint has a very "deep" look and has a great shine. When the car was painted, it was done properly and professionally. There are a few minor imperfections on the car but they are all photographed. Overall though the car looks as good in person as it does in the photos. This Firebird gets tons of attention driving down the road or just sitting in the parking lot. You can also proudly display this great looking muscle car at your local car show with pride!

Interior: The beautiful interior is like new and in great condition. Every panel inside the car is in great shape. The bucket seats have recently been reupholstered and look and feel beautiful. When the seats were reupholstered all of the foam was replaced as well. The carpet is in great shape and free of stains. The dash top is also split and crack free. The gauge bezels is in excellent condition and looks great. All of the gauges work but the oil pressure gauge is slightly inaccurate and reads too high (read off the charts). This car has cold A/C so this car can actually be enjoyed year round. The car also features a modern stereo complete with I-pod hook up. Overall the interior of this car is in beautiful condition and is a great place to waste the weekend away.

Engine: The Matching Numbers 400ci big block Pontiac V8 engine fires right up and runs like a top. This car is a factory 4bbl car with dual exhaust. The engine doesn't blow any smoke on start up or while driving. This V8 has that iconic American V8 muscle car sound and it is awesome! Not too loud... just the right amount rumble The engine and engine bay appear to be highly original and unmodified. The car runs nice and cool, even in Arizona's hot and dry climate. The power disc brakes do a great job stopping and the pedal has great feel. The power steering works excellent and is nice and smooth. The entire suspension has been gone through and upgrade with poly-urethane bushings and large front and rear sway bars. This is a muscle car that actually handles well and doesn't pitch and roll in the corners. This is a turn-key Firebird that can just be driven and enjoyed. This is a car that can easily be taken on a long journey. This really is a great example of a Firebird!

At Close of Auction
