Out of State Buyers
Out of state buyers are not charged Vehicle Sales tax or license fees. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state. All buyers will be charged a Dealer Inventory Tax, $5 Deputy Fee, $5 eTag Fee and $150.00 Documentary fee, and $399 dealer prep fee. Northside Ford will pass on to the customer any specific fees charged by their respective state to complete the transaction such as special title or paperwork requirements.

Out of Country Buyers
All Out of Country Buyers are not charged Vehicle Sales tax or license fees. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their state/province. All buyers will be charged a Dealer Inventory Tax, $5 Deputy Fee, $399 dealer prep fee, $5 eTag Fee and $150.00 Documentary fee and $55.50 that will cover postage and a state inspection.

Texas Buyers
Texas buyers registering in Texas will be charged state and local taxes, which include a $45.00 title fee and license registration, Dealer Inventory Tax, a $150.00 Documentary fee, $399 dealer prep fee, $5 Deputy Fee, $5 eTag Fee and $55.50 to cover postage and a state inspection. There is also a TEXAS fee for all DIESEL engine vehicles that require us to collect a fee that is equal to 1% of the sale price for all diesel engine vehicles registered in TEXAS. From time to time our titles are in transit however, the State of Texas does allow 60 Calendar days in which to produce a clean and clear title.

Dealer Inventory Tax is calculated as follows: Sale price x .002258 For example $10,000 x .002258 = $22.58

Any vehicle sold that is older than 10 years and/or have more than 100,000 miles will be sold as miles exempt.

All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performable in Bexar County, Texas. The vehicle shall be delivered F.O.B. in Bexar County, Texas and all obligations of Purchaser to pay for the vehicle shall be payable in Bexar County, Texas.

It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings will be in conducted in Bexar County, Texas.

Miles posted in this listing may vary due to local test driving, in-transit repairs, or road testing.

Deposit
We require a $500 deposit. This will only be REFUNDED back upon full payment, so please do not include it when calculating your balance. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD for deposits/holding fees only!
