We test drive our cars prior to offering them for sale on this auctionand any faults our disclosed to the best of our ability. Options such as power windows,cruise control,air-conditioning etc. are not guaranteed however we will do our best to mention any items that are not working.We will NOT underany circumstances guarantee the check engine lights or any dashwarning lights as if they are on we will disclose this and we do not do a ifdiagnosis to see what it is because they can come on at any time for any number of reasons so these lights are NOT guaranteed if they come on for you. This is a unique way of selling vehicles and if you are receptive to these conditions you will take advantage of the lower prices.

All Vehicles 10 years old or older will be sold MILES EXEMPT. This is a law in Georgia and most vehiles this age are sold this way.

Payment

A non-refundable $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of the close of the auction.This deposit can be made through Pay Pal. Pay Pal is for the deposit only with the balance due in cash,or wire transfer and is due within 7 days of auction end.

 Vehicle Pickup

The buyer is responsible for pickup of this vehicle within 7 days following the close of the auction. You will need to schedule an appointment to pickup your vehicle.If you are flying in we will provide a taxi for you from the airport to our dealership.
