This 1994 Land Rover Defender 90 was purchased in 2004 & has been carefully cared for & maintained since. It has always been serviced by Land Rover dealerships & most recently by Mitchell’s British Automotive in Culver City who solely maintain Land Rovers & Jaguar automobiles. Full safari cage with Hella search lights mounted on the front, 5 speed manual transmission, 2 door, 8 cylinder gasoline engine, 4 wheel drive, freestyle alloy wheels, rear lamp guards. Since 2010 the following upgrades have been installed: new driver & passenger seats.Brand new Land Rover air conditioning system, including hard to find cooling unit. New removable Black soft top roof, side & back windows zip in & out. Larger Tuffy console which locks to hold valuables, also holds & secures the stereo system & sound amplifier.- Foot-wells, center console, and underside of seats have been rubberized – Land Rover 1 piece molded rubber made specifically for the Defender 90. Keeps the interior cool from the heat produced under the cabin & from the battery located under the driver seat, but also makes the foot wells ready to be simply hosed down, as the Defender was meant to be rugged & cleaned fast & easily if need be. The rubber has been cut with a fold away piece to still gain access to the battery. I found this to be a wise improvement on my part.Rear forward facing seat for 1 1/2 people was taken out & replaced with 3 side mounded jump seats.- 2nd custom fabricated steel storage locker mounted behind driver seat for additional secure storage. BOTH of these alterations also create far more rear cabin space to use in transporting whatever you made need to move.New rear cabin speakers,2 hand mounted polk audio home speakers mounted to the bars just behind the head of the driver & passenger seat to clarify & amplify speaker sound.Personally designed & custom fabricated rear spare tire & dual gas tank mount. This is unique to this vehicle, not found on ANY other Land Rover Defender out there. The dual pin locking system lets you easily swing the tailgate open to access the rear of the cabin, while holding your spare tire, currently mounted with a Red gas & Blue water tank, as well as screws to attach a tire jack, axe, shovel, etc..New heavy duty windshield.New bonnet & wing panel protector plates. Aluminum 5 Bar Diamond Plate Bonnet Protection Kit, made from Non-fade powder coated Black non-corrosive alloy. Bottom cabin trip kit of same make & color also installed. Cosmetically pleasing, reduces glare off of bonnet (hood).- 2 new running board steps, black, driver & passenger side. safri Green, NEW Removable Soft Top, Black, windows zip out NEWLY rubberized floor, center console, foot wells & under seat Mileage 49,000.
