Earth Motorcars focuses on offering only the finest pre-owned vehicles available throughout the country at prices which will save you thousands when compared to your local franchise car dealer.  You may ask how can our cars be so much less than their's?  Well to be honest, we do not have the overhead like traditional retail dealers (commissioned sales reps, pushy finance managers, commercials on television etc.).  Therefore we do not need to make thousands of dollars on each car sold.  Don’t fall for the typical line your local franchise dealer will tell you every time they have to compete with us & other wholesalers, “their cars are not as nice as ours & would not be on our lot for sale”.  That is just not the case; the cars are the same and are acquired through customer trades and manufacturers auctions.  Quite frankly, we do not sell hundreds of cars each month and have no intention too.  As you can imagine, it is very difficult to locate several hundred premium cars, trucks & SUVs that are all excellent quality each month.  It is just not possible every time and since we don't require near as many, it allows us to be much more selective when acquiring our vehicles.

Successful "winning" bidder must telephone 214-483-9040 within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction.

Within (4) business days of the end of auction, full payment must be received either by cashiers-check, approved bank draft or certified funds. If funds are not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis.

We have disclosed as much information as possible about this vehicle and strive to only carry extremely high quality pre-owned merchandise. Please understand that you are purchaing a pre owned vehicle. We do our best to recondition the vehicle to "like new" status, but there may be rock chips that have been professionally touched up and scratches that have been wet sanded. Earth MotorCars recommends vehicles be inspected BEFORE leaving our facility. If upon personal and/or authorized professional inspection of the eBay purchased vehicle at our facility, the buyer finds a substantial discrepancy between the published report and actual vehicle, we will either correct the problem at no charge, work out a compromise, or refund all monies paid.  The buyer will not be responsible for any eBay related fees and will be dismissed from the contractual obligation with eBay to purchase the vehicle if the inspection proves vastly different from the published ad.

 

Returns are allowed in the unlikely event the vehicle is shipped and you are disastisfied. However, a 10% restocking fee applies, the return must take place within 7 days from receipt and the vehicle must have fewer than 200 miles difference upon return. Return shipping fees are the obligation of the buyer.

Accepted Forms of Payment:

Earth MotorCars accepts cashiers checks, certified funds, bank wire transfers & verified drafts from known/approved financial institutions.

All buyers pay a $195.00 dealer fee plus a $125.00 documentary/overnight fee. Vehicle Inventory tax is calculated at 0.2090%. Texas buyers must pay 6.25% sales tax plus applicable TX fees. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for their own taxes, registration, etc. in their own states.

 

All vehicles are sold "as-is" and without warranty from Earth MotorCars. Many vehicles will have factory warranty remaining which will be stated in our description. All cars come with one master key unless otherwise stated. All vehicles come with an owners manual unless noted otherwise in our ad or by one of our employees. We also recommend that you verify options with your local dealer as errors in the listing may happen.
