Up for sale we have a 1949 Chevy Pickup Street Rod. This Chevy pick up was built to drive with an updated front end along with the rear to match. The engine was updated to a V8 along with an Auto Trans that also come with the Vintage Ac and heat. In the paragraphs to follow we will give a brief description of the exterior, interior, and heartbeat of the Chevy, but first we would like to tell you a little about us.

Smoky Mountain Traders is a classic car dealer in east Tennessee. We are family owned, operated, and own our entire inventory, no consignments, and only deal in muscle cars and vintage auto. You can count on us to have 50 to 60 cars at all times. We don’t have a big show room that our customers would otherwise pay for. So, that’s how we can sell for less than other dealers. We will start off with the exterior of the Pick Up. When you walk around this truck it’s easy to see the hours that were spent on making it a nice truck. The gaps are good with the fit of the cab to the bed also being good and it has had rock guard added to the running boards and inside the bed. Everything is covered in the slick Turquoise Paint. It’s accented by the new chrome grill as well as bumpers. The floor of the bed has what looks like White Oak that has a coat of Polyurethane to protect it from the sun and rain. In the bed they mounted a gas cap that is fitted flush. The tail lights have been updated to the LED bulbs and lens. The final exterior touch is the set of 18” and 20” American Racing wheels and new tires.

Next, we will take a look at the interior of the ’49. It’s beautifully done and provides the perfect complement to the exterior. The dash is painted to match the exterior and really flows the two together to make for a killer look inside and out. The seats are done in Tan with cloath and vinyl. The door panels and headliner are done in chocolate brown. When you look at the dash the gauges were updated to a set of Dolphin Electric. The steering column was also updated to a Chrome Tilt with a Billet Steering wheel. The vintage heat and ac controls along with a cd player were also added to give it the comforts of a new ride.

Finally, we will take a look at the heartbeat of the Chevy. Under the hood it is very neat and clean. It has a 350 V8 that is mated to a 350 Turbo Trans and a 10 Bolt Rear End. The engine is dressed with an Aluminum Intake with an Edelbrock Carb. As for the Valve Covers, Breather, Pulleys, and Alternator they are all chrome and really makes everything pop and we can’t forget the chrome AC Compressor. To keep it cool it has an Aluminum Radiator. The exhaust flows from a set of manifolds through a set of Flows. The brakes and steering have also been updated to power. When you look under this truck it has a Camaro Front Sub Frame along with a Camaro Rear End. The fuel tank was moved to an Aluminum Cell under the bed.

Unless the car is advertised as an original Mileage car do not assume that the Mileage/Odometer reading is the actual mileage.  It is simply what the odometer is reading at the time of the pictures.  IT IS NOT ACTUAL MILEAGE UNLESS STATED SO IN DESCRIPTION.
