Fees and Taxes

Additional fees are as follows: A $115 documentary fee, Inventory Tax of .002745 of the purchase price is required (Example $10,000 = $27.45 in VIT taxes. Texas residents pay 6.25% sales tax and registration fees. Out of State buyers may register and pay applicable taxes in their home state if paying cash. If financing through a source which you secure, we may have to include your local title and registration fees in our final price. Please inform us who your financing source will be so we may determine if we are responsible for collecting your title and registration fees. Out of State buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

Shipping

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company - call us for more information. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

Successful Bidder

The following terms of sale apply to all our online sales.

Winning bidder must contact me within 36 hours of auctions end with their contact info and must pay by bank wire transfer, cash (in person), cashier’s check or money order only within 3 days of auctions end. You may also call before the auction ends to confirm acceptance of your financing arrangements. Buyer must arrange and pay for shipping. Seller ships ONLY to the 48 states unless arrangements are agreed on prior to the end of the auction. Pick up at your convenience.

Bid Retractions

Non-Paying Bidder

If the deposit is not received within 2 business days of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.

Minor dings, scratches, etc. are usually inexpensive to repair and make a world of difference in the overall look of most vehicles. Have it repaired before you have the vehicle shipped or picked up.
