We guarantee Free and Clear Titles on every vehicle we sell. We DO NOT deal in salvage, rebuilt, flood, or branded vehicles. . Please keep in mind that when buying a pre-owned vehicle, there is a varying degree of wear but we have tried our best to disclose any imperfections there may be. 

We reserve the right to end an auction early. All sales are final and are sold ..AS-IS.. condition unless stated otherwise.  We require a $500 deposit within 2-days of the auction..s close and the remaining balance is due within 7-days of the auction..s close. If payment is not received within 7-days of the auction..s close we reserve the right to relist the vehicle on Ebay or sell it otherwise. All Texas Residents are subject to a 6.25% Texas Sales Tax and State Fees. There is an additional $99 Documentation Fee. We accept Loan Checks, Cashiers checks, Money Orders, Bank Wire Transfers, and Cash In Person. We do not accept personal checks nor credit card payments.
