Buyer's Inspection:

Pre-purchase inspections are welcome. All inspections are to be done on site only. Inspections must be done BEFORE  bidding. Inspection fees are Buyer’s responsibility. Please keep in mind that these vehicles are used and they will most likely have minor dings, rock chips & normal road wear and tear conditions that vehicles get from driving on roads & highways. If the vehicle sits low to the ground, it would be reasonable to expect typical scratches under the front spoiler/bumper. If you have specific questions or concerns about condition, please e-mail and  will do my best to describe and/or send pictures of areas of concern.

Odometer Readings:

Due to demo test drives and mechanical inspections, the mileage of the vehicle may be different than the mileage stated when the vehicle was first listed on eBay.

Please read the following carefully: make sure you have your funds together. You are not bidding for the first chance to look at the vehicle and decide if you want to buy the vehicle or not. You are bidding to buy the vehicle. You can view the vehicle any time prior to the end of the auction just email me to make an appointment. Buyer agrees to pay a non-refundable payment of $500.00 thru Pay Pal. Only the $500 payment will be accepted thru Pay Pal the balance may be paid in cash or wire transfer payable in U.S. funds for the vehicle will be released immediately.

Cashier’s checks must clear my bank before the vehicle and title will be released for shipping/delivery. No personal checks accepted. This is not negotiable. Balance must be paid within 5 days after the end of the auction. Buyer understands and agrees to all of the following: This car is being sold "AS-IS". Buyer agrees to pay any/all costs associated with the sale, transfer, transportation/delivery as well as any/all taxes, license, smog fees/requirements and/or registration fees due within his/her own state or country of origin. California residents:

Will be charged sales tax and registration, $50.00 smog and $55.00 dealer document preparation charge.There are no exceptions. Sales Price excludes government fees and taxes, any dealer document preparation charge, and any emission testing charge.

All out of state buyers:

Will be subject to California sales tax at the rate of 8% if they pick the vehicle up in person in California and drive it home. This is legally required by the California State Board of Equalization as well as the California Department of Motor Vehicles. There are no exceptions. You will not need to pay sales tax again in your state. I will provide you with a copy of the sales contract showing you paid California sales tax. Check with your State tax office/DMV just to make sure.

No sales tax for out of state buyers:

No sales tax will be charged to out of state buyers that have the vehicle shipped from my location by means of a licensed transporter that can provide Competition Motors with a bill of lading as proof for the California Department of Motor Vehicles and the California State Board of Equalization, that the vehicle was shipped out of California. $55.00 Dealer document preparation charge will still apply to out of state buyers. Once you consider the price of airplane tickets, fuel costs, hotel prices, and your time, transporting just may be the best option for you. We can help walk you through the entire shipping process.

Taxes and Fees:

"Buyer" is responsible for knowing their own states' laws regarding taxes and fees, and also remitting the proper taxes, fees, and documents for their state.
