All funds must be received in full by Northway Automotive prior to the release of the vehicle to customer or shipping company.

Northway Automotive will accept cash on delivery, certified check, bank wire-transfer, and third-party financing as payment methods for vehicles.

FEES AND TAXES
New Jersey residents will pay all NJ sales taxes, (7%) title and registration fees. Out-of state buyers will be paying, taxes, title, and registration fees in their state. The taxes are added to the purchase price of the vehicle and will be paid by Northway Automotive on your behalf. Northway Automotive will charge a $248 fee to all customers to cover the cost of vehicle pre-inspections, document preparation, priority mailing costs, title fees, and temporary tags. We cannot waive these fees, so please do not ask.

TERMS OF SALE
We require contact from the winning bidder within 48 hours of the close of the auction. If we will not hear from winning bidder within that time frame  Northway Automotive reserves the right to retract vehicle purchase and make it available for sale to other buyers. When you place a bid on a vehicle, you are entering into a legal and binding agreement to purchase said vehicle, provided you place the highest bid. Purchaser must be 18 years or older to bid on any and all of our auctions. Northway Automotive has made every effort to properly disclose any defects or flaws, cosmetically and mechanically in regards to this vehicle. There may be additional flaws or defects that are not immediately recognized prior to this vehicle presentation. Buyer should expect nothing more than normal wear in correlation to the year of vehicle, taking into consideration miles accumulated by previous ownership, unless otherwise noted. These additional flaws can include minor scratches, nicks, and minor blemishes. Northway Automotive pre-inspected each and all vehicle offer for sale and have disclosed information in our description. We welcome all third party inspections. All third-party inspections are to be completed before winning auction and to be completed at our facility during normal business hours. SHIPPING AND TRANSPORT
If you are flying or driving in to pick up your new vehicle, please communicate your travel plans 72 hours in advance of your arrival. As a courtesy to our eBay clients, we perform a final vehicle inspection in order to ensure a hassle-free and efficient transaction. If we do not have your travel and arrival plans and you arrive at our facility unannounced, your vehicle may not be ready right away. Please be sure to give us the necessary 72 hours advance notice in order to avoid any inconveniences.

If you are considering having your vehicle shipped instead, please call us. We only use dependable transport companies and will arrange shipping with one of our preferred transporters as a courtesy for our clients. The standard turn around time is 7-14 days from the time of full payment for the vehicle to arrive at the transport destination, although we always try to make sure the vehicle shows up as soon as possible. Vehicles will be made available for customer pickup or shipping during normal business hours.

All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Northway Automotive Inc. will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage ! Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements are provided by Northway Automotive Inc as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with Northway Automotive Inc.

TITLES AND PROOF OF OWNERSHIP
Title transfer can take up to 10 days from the date of final payment. However, we try to make them available as soon as possible.

TEMPORARY TAGS

- What forms of payment do you accept?

Northway Automotive personnel have automobile experience for over 25 years. We describe and take as many photos as possible to show all and little details of vehicles. Prior to bidding, we encourage you to call us for an "on-the-phone walk-around" of the vehicle you are interested in.

- What type of service work is performed to the vehicles you offer?

At time of arrival at our dealership the vehicles are sent to a certified repair facility for a safety and mechanical inspection. We then repair any safety issues that are found. Please feel free to ask for in-depth service work order that was done to vehicle you are interested in.

- What about shipping?

Northway Automotive will be glad in helping to arrange shipping for you. We work with many shipping companies, and are normally able to obtain lower quotes for our customers. Most of transport companies will deliver your new vehicle directly to your home or business. - Do you accept trade-ins?

 Yes, we do. Northway Automotive will perform  "unseen" appraisal of your vehicle. We do ask however that you will be very detailed in describing condition of your current vehicle incuding additional equipment and any damages. Then we will try to give you fair market value of your trade. Any discrepancies stemming from customer trade-ins will be addressed at time of actual trade.

 - Do you provide temporary license plates?

Yes. We will provide you with a valid NJ temporary tag, which is good for 20 days. Proof of insurance is required by customer. That information could be either e-mail to sales@northwayauto.com or faxed to 973-663-3801.

- What additional costs will I incur in addition to the vehicle?

Northway Automotive will apply a $248 documentation fee to the balance due. This fee will be used to cover the cost of paperwork administration, title, priority mail, and temporary registration tag.
