All buyers pay a $75.00 administrative fee plus a $50.00 documentary fee. Texas buyers must pay 6.25% sales tax plus applicable TX fees. All customers will be charged a mandatory Vehicle Inventory Tax by the State of Texas at a rate of .1902% ($19.02 for every $10,000 of vehicle cost). Out of state buyers are responsible for their own taxes, registration, etc. Out of state residents should contact their state's department of motor vehicles for tax rates and fees. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!! PLEASE CALL US WITHIN 24 HOURS OF AUCTION END. The buyers are responsible to pay $500.00 deposit via Pay Pal within 24 hours. Full payment must be received within five days from end of auction. Full payment is due before pick-up or delivery of vehicle. Buyers must have verifiable funds or pre-approved loan available at time of purchase (no personal checks).

Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.
