If upon personal and/or authorized professional inspection of the eBay purchased vehicle at our facility, buyer finds a substantial discrepancy between the published report and actual vehicle, we will either correct the problem at no charge, or work out a compromise, or refund all monies paid. Buyer will not be responsible for any eBay related fees and will be dismissed from any contractual obligation with eBay to purchase the vehicle if and only if inspection proves vastly different from published advertisement.

All vehicles are being sold as is where is, unless described in the listing description. Most diesel vehicle have a 100K mile warranty through the manufacture.

• Buyer is responsible for pick up or shipping. We can refer you to a shipping company we use.
• We will have you picked up from any major Houston airport for free after arrangements have been made.
