I have personally driven and inspected this truck and found no issues with it. Starts, runs and drives very strong and as it should, dont let the 270k miles fool you, truck runs like it was born yesterday and i mean it. She has nice and stunning turbo boost to it, no leaks or smoke, front end is very tight and strong, transmission shifts all gears with no slip or grind, 4 wheel drive works, a/c blows cold, tires look good, interior is min with no rips or tears, odor free and non smoker, exterior looks very sharp and clean, there are a few rock chips on hood, driver's door and fender but nothing major.
