1. When you place a bid on a vehicle, you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle. This arrangement is outlined in the eBay User Agreement. 
    
2. Camp Rite reserves the right to obtain and verify the registered information of all bidders participating in this auction. Camp Rite reserves the right to cancel any and all bids at our discretion, or end the auction early if necessary. Furthermore, The AutoRom shall not be liable for any such cancellation for any reason.
    
3. Bidder with only negative feedback or bid retractions need not bother to bid on our vehicles. These bids will be automatically rejected. 
    
4. Bidder must be 18 years or older.  
    
5. Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 24 hours of auctions end. 
    
6. Successful high bidder MUST contact Camp Rite within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. 
    
7. Successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of the auction ending either by Paypal.com, bank wire transfer, or overnight money order/cashier"s check. 
    
8. All financial transactions must be completed within seven (7) days of auction ending. 
    
9. If transaction is not completed within this time, the buyer may risk losing their deposit. 
    
10. Camp Rite has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches, dings, and paintwork  inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail.

12. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.

19. Additionally, there might be a few more miles than the picture shows due to any test drives until it is sold.
20. After we have received full payment for vehicle, please allow a minimum of 2 business days for delivery.  This gives us time for final inspection and detail.
