Bidders Age

All bidders must be at least eighteen years old to bid in cars listed by us. 

Payments

Winning bidder must contact the Seller within 24 hours of the auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time.  A $ 500 deposit is due within 24 hours of the end of auction.  The remaining balance is due within 5 days of auctions end.  If  Buyer does not contact us within 24 hours we reserve the right to repost the vehicle, sell it, or give the next high bidder the opportunity to purchase the vehicle.  All financing arrangements should be made prior to the bidding not after.  Also it is the Buyer's responsibility to check with their preferred financing institutions if the vehicle they are bidding on will be financed due to the age, and mileage of the vehicle.  

Vehicle Inspection

All vehicle inspection and questions in regards to the condition of the vehicle should be completed prior to bidding.  Bidders can contact our dealership with questions and request for information in our contact information listed above. Vehicles can be inspected during our regular business hours and we strongly encourage bidders to do so.

Odometer Reading

Vehicle mileage may be slightly different from the posted mileage due to the driving we have to do for demonstration, and other testing purposes.

Shipping and Delivery

All shipping charges are the BUYER’S responsibility.  Seller will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!!! Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00.  We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our lot.  All shipping arrangements provided by us are strictly a courtesy.  Our dealership has no affiliation with any carrier and any claims or other communication regarding the shipment of the vehicle will be between the Buyer and the Carrier and not with us.  Delivery time depends upon the Carrier selected.  Typical delivery time is from 7 to 14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our lot.  It’s the Buyer’s responsibility to verify with the Carrier estimated time of arrival.

Connecticut residents must pay all applicable state sales tax, license, and registration fees.  Seller will handle all licensing and title work for Connecticut buyers.  Out of state buyers are responsible to pay all taxes and applicable fees in the state they are registering the vehicle and do not have to pay any taxes or fees to the state of Connecticut. At the request of the buyer temporary license plates will be provided for additional $60 fee.  A $199 Dealer Conveyance fee will be charged on every deal to cover the cost of sale, paperwork and administrative work.
