1.       Purchasing a Vehicle: Please understand these are used vehicles, and may have a few minor imperfections that are not noted in the ad such as: minor door dings, paint rock chips, minor rock chips in windshield, minor scratches, wheel scuffs, minor stains to interior. If there are any major dents or damage it will be noted in the pictures. Buyer must contact us within 24 hours of the online purchase, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A nonrefundable $1000.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 7 days of Listing's end. If no contact is made within 48 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell it otherwise...negative feedback will be left. Make sure if financing, that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before purchasing.Please arrange financing prior to offers or buying.

2.       When you make an offer you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle described above. If you do not intend to purchase this item, do not make any offers! Unqualified Offers, Auction Interference, and any form of Harassment will be subject to legal prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.                1. Seller reserves the right to notify buyers and cancel this listing if the vehicle described herein: is

4.       Fee and Tax Information: MMHoustonTX accepts cashiers checks, certified funds, or verified drafts from known/approved financial institutions. All buyers pay a $175.00 administrative fee plus a $50.00 documentary fee. Vehicle Inventory tax is calculated at 0.2103%. Texas buyers must pay 6.25% sales tax plus applicable TX fees. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for their own taxes, registration, etc. in their own states. 

5.       This vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to buy based upon that judgement solely.
