The successful high bidder will submit a $500 deposit within 24 HOURS of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.
Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

There is a ONE time charge of $289.00 documentation fee (THIS IS
NON REFUNDABLE

0.03% business tax ($3 per every $1000). TN residents ONLY pay
sales tax. We provide a 30 day
temporary drive out tag for in state and out of state buyers.
Title processing (in some cases)
may take up to 30 days. *Deposit is non-refundable if there are
any financing, family or if the
transaction is not completed within 7 days. If the full payment
is not received within 7 days, you
will be charged $449.00 Documentation fee no exception. By
placing a bid on this vehicle, you
are obligated to complete
this transaction to our satisfaction or be subject to a charge
of $1,000 in addition to your
deposit. Non-payer information will be forward to a collection
