About me:

My name is Michael Roa and I am a licensed and bonded Texas Dealer and I am very selective about the cars that I sell.

I am a short taxi ride from Hobby Airport in Houston which is a hub for Southwest Airlines or IAH-Intercontinental Airport, which is a hub for Continental airlines. Many of my customers fly in to pick up their cars and Southwest and Continental provide direct routes from almost any point. I think you will find me pleasurable to deal with.

We make every effort to disclose all aspects of this car including any flaws that we can find; however, due to the age of some of the cars we carry, we may not find every flaw that exists, nor may we see what someone else views as a negative aspect of the car due to our understanding that the car may be 40 years old and thus has normal age related issues.

We have gone over this car with our mechanics and tried our best to make sure that everything we consider major is in working order, but we can not guarantee that we have found each and every part of the thousands of parts to be in perfect working order. Because this can potentially become an issue after delivery, I highly suggest that you view the car in person or have an independent inspector go over the car.

This acknowledgment can only be modified in writing, signed by both Buyer and Team Autoplex, Inc.

This acknowledgment supercedes all prior understandings of agreements between the parties with respect to the subject matter.

This acknowledgment will be construed and governed under the laws of the State of Texas and venue would be appropriate exclusively in Houston, Harris County, Texas.

Buyer acknowledges receipt of a fully completed copy of this agreement. ~

Payment Details:

Final Payment must be in the form of cashiers check or bank wire. I accept funds from any bank, credit union, etc. Deposit via PayPal is non-refundable. Final payment must be received within 3 days or deposit will be forfeited and car will be placed up for sale again. All funds must clear my bank completely before the car can be picked up or delivered to transport.

Fee and Tax Information: Sales Tax - Texas buyers pay 6.25% sales tax.

Buyers outside of Texas are responsible for applicable taxes in your state.

All sales are subject to Texas VIT Tax based at .00300 and a $125.00 documentary fee for buyers within the U.S.A. and a $150 doumentation fee will be applied to buyers from outside of the U.S.A.

I can arrange shipping at your expense or you may have a carrier of your choice pick up the car from my facility. My carrier contacts are very competitive. Call me for an accurate quote, should you want me to help with this.
