Notice to Bidders

Placing your bid on this auction constitutes your agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions. In addition, all non-paying bidders will be held liable for a $250 relisting fee that if not paid, will be filed with all 3 major credit bureaus.

We are a licensed and bonded auto dealer in Florida.

Silva Services Inc. is solely responsible for the content of this ad / ebay listing.  Please read my description and all other information completely and view all the pictures carefully before you bid on this auction to ensure you are knowledgeable about the vehicle you are bidding on. The vehicle description above is for informational and narrative purposes only. We have made a diligent effort to describe the vehicle as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of the description. All of our vehicles are available for inspection and test drive, and we encourage you to do so. When buying a used car, one should expect a certain amount of wear, use and flaws that one would not expect from buying a new car. A vehicle that is 8 years old will show more wear than one that is 3 years old. etc, etc...ALL VEHICLES ARE SOLD AS IS .

Vehicles with remaining warranty must be handled between purchaser and new car dealer. We occasionally buy our cars from new car dealers, and in rare cases the dealer has to make a payoff to a finance company and wait for the title, which could be delayed up to 15 days. Please note that if the vehicle is from outside of Florida, this can take up to 30 days.

As we are located In Florida, we are required to title a vehicle "Exempt" in miles if the car is 10 years or older. The miles listed is the actual reading from the cars odometer.  

We are a dealer, and all vehicles are for sale to the public. We therefore reserve the right to cancel all bids and end the auction early if the vehicle is sold. We reserve the right to cancel bids from those with excessive or net negative feed back.

Buyers are responsible for shipping arrangements and payment. We will assist you with finding a shipper if we can.

PLEASE NOTE:  eBay's feedback system is good, but it is not a perfect.  If you come to pick up a vehicle, you will be given the opportunity to test drive the vehicle, and as much time as you need to inspect the vehicle before you take possession. Once you are happy with the vehicle, and take possession of it, we would be grateful if you left feedback for us.

Payment and Fees

We will add a $250 dealer prep charge to the final bid price. This is to cover the cost of vehicle cleaning, phone calls, Fed-Exing of packages and other document handling costs. If a vehicle is not picked up within 10 days of the auction close, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable storage fee.

If you are seeking financing, please be sure to hold off on your bid until your funding has been approved. I DO NOT ACCEPT BANK DRAFTS OF ANY KIND. You are responsible for your own finance arrangements so please take care of them before bidding.

You may pay the purchase price  with a cashiers or certified check or bank-to-bank wire transfer. Cash in person is also accepted.  We will accept Paypal for the deposit only. If you are the winner, a $500 deposit within 48 hours of the end of the auction will hold the car until the remainder can be sent or car is picked up. Final payment is expected within five (5) days thereafter. If these forms of payment are not acceptable, please do not bid

We recommend that you do not send payment via regular mail or priority mail. We have experienced lost checks several times. We recommend that if you are sending payment, that you use registered, return receipt mail or FedEx. This is for you protection, as well as ours.

Important tax info:
If you are a Florida resident, you will be required to pay Florida's 6% sales tax and registration fees.
If you are not a Florida resident, and you are are driving the vehicle away from our lot, you will be required to pay your state's sales tax up to 6%. If your state's sales tax is more than 6%, you will be required to pay the difference in your home state. If your state has no sales tax on motor vehicles, we will not charge you any sales tax. If you have the vehicle shipped, we will not charge you any sales tax (however, you will have to pay your state's tax at home).

Currently, the states of Arkansas, Mississippi, and West Virginia impose a sales tax on motor vehicles, but they DO NOT allow a credit for taxes paid to Florida. Residents of these states should be aware that they must pay sales tax to Florida at the rate imposed by their home state when they purchase a vehicle in Florida and must also pay tax to their home state when the vehicle is licensed in their home state. To avoid this "double tax" you will need to either ship the vehicle or register at home before you come to pick it up (requiring full payment before you come for the vehicle).

Canadian buyers: if you are picking the car up here in Florida, you must pay the state's 6% sales tax. If you ship the vehicle, you do not have to pay Florida tax, just Canada's import taxes.
