Payments: A deposit of $500.00 by, Check or Debit card (non-refundable) must be paid within 3 hours of the close of the Auction. When the deposit has been submitted, "Buyer" MUST fax a copy of their valid, state-issued driver's license and insurance card along with a signed buyers order. The remaining balance must be paid within 3 days.

Successful "winning" bidder must telephone Luxury Motor Group within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction. The successful winning bidder will receive an email from us with instructions on completing the purchase. Please remember your eBay obligations. By bidding and winning this auction, you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle described above as outlined in the User Agreement that you accepted when you registered as an eBay Community Member.

Within (4) business days of the end of auction, full payment must be received either by cashiers-check, approved bank draft, or certified funds. If funds are not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Buyer will not be responsible for any eBay related fees and will be dismissed from any contractual obligation with eBay to purchase the vehicle; only if inspection proves vastly different from published ad. All vehicles are delivered meticulously detailed (inside and out) and with a full tank of premium gas.
