OVERALL CONDITION:

With just under 100,000 miles, this Challenger presents itself very nicely. Cosmetically, the exterior is in exceptionally nice condition aside from a few minor road wear chips on the front bumper. The paint is is great shape, with no fading peeling. Overall, a very nice car with great eye appeal!

The interior shows to be like-new with no tears or rips on the leather. It has kept up very well, with very minimal wear on the seats. All the carpets, headliner, door-panels and seats are equally in great shape. This vehicle has maintained its cleanliness and condition since new!

All four tires are BRAND-NEW and matching! Drive-ability is like that of a 30,000 mile truck that is very tight with no wobbles or hesitation on the road at any speeds. This vehicle would be a great vehicle to drive across the country with no concern to be had.

Mechanically this Challenger is well sorted. No maintenance lights or interment mechanical issues known. Very healthy running driving car that gives no grief and is sure to be a top performer!

CarFax reports damage, however air-bags did not deploy.

RAC Performance, originally RUF Auto Centre, was formed by three avid Porschephiles who all enjoy going to the track. Hans Hoffman and Wayne Corley worked together at a Porsche dealer and through their mutual clients and attending track events became friends. AT AUCTION CLOSE

Successful "winning" bidder must telephone 214-269-1570 within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction. A deposit of $2000.00 must also be received with 24 hours, or the next business day, of auction close. Within (3) business days of the end of auction, full payment must be received either by cashiers-check, approved bank draft, cash or certified funds. If funds are not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis. As are all of our vehicles, this vehicle is advertised locally for sale.

OUR GUARANTEE

We have disclosed as much information as possible about this vehicle and aim to only carry quality pre-owned merchandise. RAC Performance recommends vehicles be inspected BEFORE leaving our facility. If upon personal and/or authorized professional inspection of the eBay purchased vehicle at our facility, buyer finds a substantial discrepancy between the published report and actual vehicle, we will either correct the problem at no charge, work out a compromise, or refund all monies paid. Buyer will not be responsible for any eBay related fees and will be dismissed from any contractual obligation with eBay to purchase the vehicle if and only if inspection proves vastly different from published ad.

ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT

RAC Performance accepts cashiers checks, certified funds, or verified drafts from known/approved financial institutions. All buyers pay a $50.00 documentary fee and a $100 admin fee. Vehicle Inventory tax is calculated at 0.001987%. Texas buyers must pay 6.25% sales tax plus applicable TX fees. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for their own taxes, registration, etc. in their own states.
