I am very confident you will never find a better example of an original Toyota Land Cruiser FJ60; of any year. This turns heads everywhere I go! I receive compliments daily!

Here's the story of this truck: I search various websites for hours every day for good quality rust free FJ60's to restore (this drives my wife crazy). I came across this one a few months back and knew it would be a good candidate. This was a family owned truck that was originally purchased by a man who then sold it to his father. I purchased the truck from a gentleman in his 70's (the father) who owned the truck for a number years. It was obviously taken care of and shows no signs of off-road use. Being from the Portland area, I arranged a flight and met the man at the airport in Montana. He picked me up at the airport in the rig and it was surprisingly better in person. We exchanged cash for title and I was off. This was the first true test of the rig...I drove 5 hours straight at freeway speeds (60-65) without issue whatsoever. After spending the night at a hotel in Idaho, I drove another 8 hours home. The truck drives straight and is surprisingly quiet. I honestly wouldn't hesitate to take this truck anywhere. 

If you know about these trucks, and have seen others, you know what an EXTREMELY RARE find this one is. If you don’t know of the FJ60’s reliability and versatility, do your homework. I challenge you to find any negative comments on any website. In my opinion, these are the best SUV’s ever made. 

I'd hesitate to say this is a restoration, only because it required very little work to make this truck in excellent condition. It appears as if this truck could have rolled off the assembly line yesterday. This is a 100% ORIGINAL truck with extremely LOW MILES for the year. It also comes in the rare copper brown metallic color (the body had a complete repaint a few years back and was done with the factory original color). This car has always been a western car and has NO BODY RUST (only very minor surface rust on the frame; very typical). This truck also has a CLEAN TITLE. This is a truck that can last a lifetime that be passed from generation to generation. Imperfections on the interior are very hard to find. There are no stains or smells; no pet hair; no burns or ripped upholstery; no cracks in any plastic; no fading of the paint or upholstery. The interior is a 9.5 out of 10.  

The exterior shines and has only a couple very small rock chips; the exterior is a 9.5 out of 10. 

The engine runs strong with NO SMOKING, KNOCKS OR LEAKS. The 4WD shifts effortlessly and works flawlessly. It is truly a joy to drive! The smog equipment has already been removed from this truck; this increases horse power and makes the engine run much smoother. Check with your local jurisdiction to see if this vehicle will require smog testing. If so, I have all the smog equipment for you to add right back on.

Everything works on the car as it should (including the AC). This car has been meticulously maintained with thousands in receipts. The only two negative items that come to mind are an annoying sound for about the first minute of using the windshield wipers and that the original radio isn't the best, but it is original, which makes the truck complete.
