CASS COUNTY CARS Policies/Procedures:
Customers must contact CASS COUNTY CARS within 24 hours of the end of auction or any other commitment to purchase. All vehicles are for sale locally and we reserve the right to end any auction at any time. All sales require a $500 deposit within 24 hours of sale agreement. Deposits can be made by PayPal, cash in person or bank cashier's check. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the vehicle fails a professional, on-site inspection. Deposits on vehicles not purchased are applied towards the costs of paperwork and title processing, advertising fees, and lost dealership productivity. Full payment is to be received within 7 days from the end of the auction or other commitment to purchase. Full payment is due before vehicle delivery. Buyers in all states/countries are required to pay the Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax (VIT) on the purchase price of the vehicle and excludes trade differences. VIT is calculated at .0022 of the purchase price. (as an example, VIT on a $10,000 vehicle will be $22.00) All sales are subject to a flat $99 administrative/dealer service fee; no exceptions. This fee is collected by CASS COUNTY CARS and is not required by law. Out-of-state/country buyers are responsible for taxes and registration fees in their own state/countries. Texas residents pay a 6.25% state sales tax and $120 registration/state inspection/title application fee. Please have verifiable funds or pre-approved loan available at time of purchase. We will fax, mail or e-mail you duplicate copies of the required paperwork; one for you to keep for your records, and one for you to sign and return to CASS COUNTY CARS. Once payment is received or the loan proceeds have been confirmed by the financial institution, arrangements can then be made by the purchaser to take delivery of the vehicle. The actual miles posted in this listing may be higher due to customer road testing, demo or transit. Please call for exact mileage. Every vehicle sold is a pre-owned vehicle and as so is sold in 'As Is' condition. All sales are finalized at our place of business. Pre-buy vehicle inspections are encouraged and will be performed on our premises. Inspections performed after the point of sale will not be accepted or considered. Some vehicles may still be under factory warranty (check description) or an extended warranty may be purchased for vehicles under 200,000 miles. We accept trade-ins based upon Black Book wholesale values, and can give you an estimated value of your vehicle over the phone or by e-mail. Once the vehicle leaves our location, all responsibility for the vehicle becomes that of the customer and/or the transport company. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees or self-arranged transportation. It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle, whether won through eBay or not, that the proper venue for any legal proceedings will be conducted in Cass County, Texas.

 We describe all vehicles as diligently and accurately as possible; however it is not possible to include all minute details and imperfections. Buyer responsibility and due-diligence should be considered necessary when purchasing a vehicle. Books, records, manuals, keys, keyless remotes, floor mats will have pictures or descriptive text of those items in the listing; otherwise the vehicle does not include them.
