To the best of our knowledge the manufacturer's warranty has expired on this vehicle. Consult the manufacturer's warranty booklet for details as to warranty coverage, service location, etc. Gerton Auto Sales, Inc. is selling this vehicle AS-IS WHERE-IS and assumes no responsibility for any repairs. All warranty coverage, if any, comes from the unexpired manufacturer's warranty.

The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle/item, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. ALL vehicles/items will be available for inspection at our dealership prior to auction end, unless otherwise noted. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle/item. Vehicles with remaining balance of Manufacturer's Warranty will be stated as such in the description. Vehicle Service Contracts are available for most vehicles listed by Gerton Auto Sales, Inc. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. By bidding, you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Posey County, Indiana in all disputes arising out of or relating to any aspect of any transaction involving the item offered in this listing. Bidding on this item is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, specifically including this paragraph. The offering for sale of this item by Gerton Auto Sales, Inc. is subject to existing laws and legal process and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of its right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your participation in this auction/sale or information provided to or gathered with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth herein, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superceded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.

We charge a $89.00 documentation fee. The state of Indiana requires us to collect 7% sales tax on all items sold and delivered in the state of Indiana, regardless of buyer's state of residence and includes instances where an out-of state buyer arranges for their purchase to be transported outside ofthe state of Indiana. Your state should allow a sales tax credit for sales tax paid to Indiana against your state's sales tax (if any). IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT YOUR STATE'S TAX AUTHORITIES CONCERNING YOUR ENTITLEMENT TO SALES TAXCREDIT. Exemptions: Registered motor vehicle dealers buying for resale (dealer documentation required).

Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A 10% non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 5 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure, if financing, that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding. We also accept VERIFIABLE Cashier's or Certified Checks from U.S. banks, VERIFIABLE loan checks, cash (in person), and wire transfers. If you elect to pay by bank wire, we will deduct your wire transfer fee from the purchase price. Purchase MUST be paid for in full and funds verified before delivery or release to transport companies. Gerton Auto Sales, Inc. must comply with the USA Patriot Act and IRS cash reporting guidelines as well as other federal and state regulations, therefore you will be required to provide your Social Security Number and Driver's License. Vehicles will be titled to the winning bidder and will be sent to the buyer when funds have cleared our bank. All vehicles with a 17-digit VIN (1981 and up)will come with an AutoCheck Report and Clean Title Guarantee, unless otherwise noted, and will be available upon request prior to auction end.

Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`. If you wish to fly in and drive home, we will be happy to pick you up at Evansville Regional Airport, but please let us know at least 2 days in advance.

The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle/item, at the buyer's request, prior to the close of sale. Common sense dictates that, since these vehicles/items are not new (unless otherwise stated), normal wear and tear from use and aging is to be expected and will not be considered grounds for refusal to complete a purchase.

If you are not sure about something, please ask! Do not assume anything not listed is included. All vehicles will come with one master key. Please see listing or call concerning extra keys, remotes, and books/manuals. We reserve the right to cancel bids for no or negative feedback. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.

Please do not bid on this auction unless you are serious about owning this vehicle. All non-paying high bidders will be reported to eBay, and negative feedback will be posted.

PLEASE ONLY BID WHAT YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY. IF THE RESERVE IS NOT MET, WE MAY CONTACT THE HIGH BIDDER TO OFFER THE SECOND CHANCE OPTION. In fairness to all, reserves will not be revealed. However, our reserves will be realistic for the item offered.
