Please note that experience shows us that the photobucket of over 100 large pixel pictures posted here are in most cases best viewed and downloaded using the very latest and most updated version of the 'Firefox' browser as some other browsers and especially older browser versions are not capable of accommodating the size of the download. Over the years our clients have overwhelmingly been appreciative of our many unaltered large pixel photos posted in our ads and our feedback has been that it is very rare that a seller will post all but the most flattering of photographs. We prefer to expose the complete roll of film taken of the car, in sometimes unflattering but natural sunlight, in order for our prospective buyers to be able to see true and reliable images of the car advertised and that is the reason for some seemingly duplicated shots. We trust you will agree.

West Coast Classics are proud to present an exceptional and increasingly collectible example of this original southern California owner classic 1992 Jaguar XJS 5.3L V12 roadster convertible with only 42,800 original miles! Purchased new and always primarily serviced at 'Newport Imports', the Jaguar dealership of Newport Beach, California with all original owners manuals and dealer stamped 'Jaguar Passport to Service' booklets still available.

Gorgeous and very desirable rare classic color combination of original factory 'Brooklands Green’ color paint with a beautiful and original factory canvas power soft top with original matching tonneau cover and beautiful doeskin 'Barley' leather interior! The car also boasts its original spare wheel, factory tools and 'Jaguar' umbrella still undisturbed in the trunk compartment. This particular car must be seen to be appreciated! A real head-turner!

An original southern California car with only one owner since 1992 and obviously always garaged and babied! The car has had no accidents and boasts all its original parts with original factory VIN stickers still attached and obviously it has a clean CARFAX report. The original factory 'Brookland's Green' color paint is in execptional condition and the original Doeskin 'Barley' color leather seats are also in outstanding condition with virtually no signs of any wear and there are no noticeable imperfections in the dashboard or the walnut veneer. The car has an after market CD player but otherwise is completely original throughout. The matching color soft top with matching tonneau cover is all original and in exceptional condition also and all the options and gauges are working as they should including the A/C.

Powered by one of the finest, race proven engines built by Jaguar, the smooth 5.3L V12 engine, was a very low production model costing over $70K new in 1992 with only very few examples imported to the U.S.! It was a worthy successor to the XK series of Jaguar sports cars dating from the late 1940's. This original 5.3L V12 engine is still extremely strong and smooth running with excellent oil pressure and which does not burn or leak oil. The temperature always remains cool and the car drives exactly like a virtually still new Jaguar with such low miles should - no shakes or rattles - very smooth and powerful - drives the same as when it left the showroom floor over 20 years ago! In fact, the car is in a virtual 'time-warp', having covered only some 42K miles since new!

This must be one of the finest examples available anywhere of these classic and increasingly desirable and collectible Jaguar XJS V12 convertibles - an original southern California car with one primary owner since new and only 42K dealer serviced and original miles in this most classic of color combinations - therefore proving a very collectible investment in probably the last classically beautiful design built by Jaguar in their long and famous history of classic lines - a sure-fire classic car investment for the Jaguar enthusiast or simply 'pride of place' in any astute classic car collector's collection!
