Check out this BEAUTIFUL 1968 Chevrolet C10 Short Wide Box Hotrod Pickup !! This is a TRUE from the Factory Short Wide Box, NOT a long box that has been chopped up and shortened. We have been asked to sell this truck for a local 70 year old collector that has owned this Chevy for the last 14+ years and as you can tell in the pictures it is his pride and joy for sure. This Chevy still retains it's FACTORY ORIGINAL Chevrolet driver's door jam mounted data plates, which are shown in a picture below.  Thousands of dollars and many hours of work were spent on the build / restoration of this BEAUTY !! When not being driven this Chevy Short long Box Pickup has been kept in a climate controlled garage and hasn't seen a drop of rain or bad weather in 14+ years according to the owner !! If you can make it to Boise in the next ten days please come take a look at and drive this truck for yourself, you won't be disapointed !! THIS IS A QAULITY TRUCK FOR SURE !!

The heart of this Chevy C10 is a VERY STRONG - 350 CID V8 and it is running EXTREMELY well to say the least! The motor is equipped with a Rochester Quadrajet four barrel carb, Weiand custom chrome air cleaner housing, performance aluminum four barrel intake manifold,  custom high flow exhaust manifolds and polished Chevy "Bowtie" valve covers. Sounds AWESOME too with the - "Throaty" - True Dual exhaust system with chrome tips. The motor is backed by a SMOOTH - 700R4 three speed with overdrive automatic transmission that also functions very well. The Black Cloth and vinyl interior is VERY NICE including a VERY NICE Black cloth and vinyl bench seat, VERY NICE  Black dash, VERY NICE Black vinyl dash pad with NO CRACKS, VERY NICE ORIGINAL factory gauge clusters including a correct factory tachometer, NICE Black carpeting, VERY NICE Black cloth sun visors and a VERY NICE Chevrolet steering wheel. I drove this truck for several days as my daily driver to and from the office and running errands as needed and I can tell you it runs and drives GREAT, TOO FUN !! 

This is a NICE - DRY - SOLID - Idaho High Mountain Desert - western  truck and it shows !! In my opinion your not going to find much nicer ORIGINAL FLOORS than the ones that are on this BEAUTY, UNBELEIVABLE !! The EYE POPPING BEAUTIFUL Hugger Orange  exterior paint is in VERY NICE shape with really little to no wear showing other than a few small chips and is still bright and shiny and looks STUNNING as you can clearly see in the video above and the 100 pictures below. This Chevy C10 Short Wide Box Hotrod Pickup is nicely equipped including factory power steering, factory power brakes, dual exterior side view mirrors, good tinted glass, custom frenched in power antenna, factory gauge package with a rare factory tachometer, factory power wipers, original factory day / night rear view mirror, good heater and defroster, awesome Realistic AM /  FM / cassette player stereo radio, factory seat belts, factory back up lights, "blue dot" taillights, factory wing windows, sliding rear window and a frenched in power antenna. All of the rubber weatherstripping is soft and supple and is in good condition !! The electrical system is also all  in good working condition. This C10 is in good condition from top to bottom and from front to back. It will not disappoint someone looking for a clean example of a sought after and hard to find classic "Muscle  Truck" which is not seen at every stop light for sure. If you have been looking but cannot find a sharp '68 C10 Short Wide Box worthy of your hard earned money look NO further because this is the one! The Clean - Solid - Straight bed is also in NICE condition, you would be hard pressed to find a nicer one !! The ORIGINAL chrome and stainless steel body trim is in VERY NICE condition including VERY NICE Chrome front and rear bumpers, NICE ORIGINAL stainless steel grill, NICE ORIGINAL stainless steel front trim and headlight surrounds. Check out the custom frenched in power antenna, TOO COOL !! All of the ORIGINAL light lenses and reflectors are clear, bright, UNCRACKED and look BEAUTIFUL !! Check out the AWESOME  "Ultra" billet centerline  wheels wrapped in nearly new Kelly steel belted radial tires !! Boy does this combination look OUTSTANDING on this truck and give it that mean "Muscle Truck" look !! This vehicle is in GREAT mechanical condition and it runs and drives very well. It is solid with respect to the overall mechanical condition as well as the overall cosmetic  impression.
