Otto's BMW reserves the right to, obtain  and verify the registered information of all users who  bid on this auction. Cancel any and all bids at our  discretion, or end the auction early if necessary.

When we receive your deposit is  when the bike is held for you, not when you win the  auction. All vehicles are located in our showroom and are  available to the public to buy until you reserve it.
