1. When you place a bid on a vehicle, you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle. This arrangement is outlined in the eBay User Agreement. 2. A&A Auto Brokers reserves the right to obtain and verify the registered information of all bidders participating in this auction. A&A Auto Brokers reserves the right to cancel any and all bids at our discretion, or end the auction early if necessary. Furthermore, A&A Auto Brokers shall not be liable for any such cancellation for any reason.

3. Bidder with only negative feedback or bid retractions need not bother to bid on our vehicles. These bids will be automatically rejected.

4. Bidder must be 18 years or older.

5. Successful high bidder MUST contact A&A Auto Brokers within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction.

6. Successful high bidder will submit a $500 deposit within 24 hours of the auction ending.

7. All financial transactions must be completed within 7 days of auction ending.

8. A&A Auto Brokers welcomes a buyers inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.

9. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.

11. Any controversy or claim arising out of or related to the placement and/or acceptance of a bid and/or the purchase and sale of the vehicle on which the bid is placed shall be governed by our State law and the Bidder and Seller agree to submit same to arbitration in the county in which the vehicle was sold in accordance with the rules of commercial arbitration of the American Arbitration Association and judgment upon the award rendered by the Arbitrator(s) may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof.

11.  If you plan to drive the car home we can provide you a 60 day temp tag for Free. 

12. The will be a $99.00 processing fee added to the final bid.  This is is not negotiable.

The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.
