2009 Honda Accord EX-L

This is a very nice one owner car with low miles. It has heated leather seats, sunroof, premium sound system and much more. It has the efficient and reliable 4 cylinder engine and automatic transmission. The original window sticker shows a MSRP of over $27,000 and an EPA highway fuel mileage of 30 mpg.

This car has been serviced and inspected and is ready for you to drive anywhere. It has almost brand new Cooper tires, fresh oil change, and good brakes.

This one owner car was recently traded in at our dealership and belonged to a friend of ours. This car was built in May of 2009 and registered in September of 2009. It lived its whole life a few miles from our shop. It was involved in a minor accident two years ago which required the front bumper, hood, and front fender to be repainted, but there was no structural damage.

The exterior of this car looks very nice but does have some minor cosmetic blemishes which do not detract from the overall appearance of this car. There are some touched up scratches and scuffs on the mirrors, rear bumper, and underside of the front bumper. It also has a ding on the passenger side A-piller beside the windshield. The hood has some small environmental damage spots in the clear coat where tree sap or something sat too long.

The interior of this car is very nice as well with no funny odors or damage. This car has not been smoked in. We have two sets of floor mats, owners manuals, all three keys, and original window sticker along with the spare tire and tools in the trunk.

Please be aware that you are bidding on a used vehicle. There may be light scratches, rock chips, or other normal wear and tear visible on the vehicle. Although we do our best to accurately describe each vehicle that we list, we will occasionally miss something. We will point out any defect that is not normal wear and tear. If possible we will take a picture of it so that you can see it better. Sometimes owners manuals, floormats, and extra sets of keys will be missing. Please feel free to contact us with requests for more pictures of specific areas. The winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 nonrefundable deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 7 days of Auction end. We accept paypal for the deposit, but not for the remainder of the balance due. We prefer bank to bank wire transfers, bank drafts or cashiers checks for the balance. We will accept personal and business checks but the checks must clear both banks before vehicle and title are released (usually 7-10 days) We also accept loan checks from your bank, credit union, or from online lenders. Your trade-ins are also welcome. Please contact us before the end of the auction if you wish to trade a vehicle. We will not trade vehicles that have salvage or flood history or odometer problems. If no contact is made within 24 hours, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Please arrange financing prior to bidding. We will be happy to provide your lender with any information they might require.

Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a shipping service, we can help arrange the pickup and delivery. We service and inspect every vehicle in our own shop and then thoroughly detail each vehicle. Every vehicle then passes a rigorous Virginia State Inspection by an independent mechanic. We try to describe the vehicles as completely as possible, however if you have any questions, do not hesitate to call or email us.

Honesty and integrity are very important to us. You are encouraged to come inspect the vehicle in person before the close of the auction, or have an inspection service to do it for you.
